Cancellations
In the event that you cancel the booking or do not show the booking deposit will not be refunded. Should Prague Holiday Apartment cancel the booking a full refund of the deposit will be made.
Payments
Bookings are secured by a payment of non-refundable booking deposit. We ask for a booking deposit of 30% upon booking which is payable online via PayPal (payment by bank money transfer or cheque available within the UK). The remaining balance will then have to be paid prior to arrival date, allowing five working days to process.
Check-in / Check-out
Check-in is after 2pm. Arrivals after 9pm will be considered as late check-in where an additional 400 CZK is applicable. Check-out is before 11am on the day of departure, however, we will try to allow some flexibilities for late check-out at no extra fee unless we have another booking on the same day. You are asked to inform us upon booking your arrival / departure time.
Changes to Number of Guests
We can amend number of guests free of charge up until a day before your arrival day. After this point schedules for laundry and linen may have been prepared, and so will not be able to guarantee that changes can be accommodated. Also please be aware that for any change in price, the deposit must be changed to maintain it at its original percentage of the total booking.
Number and identity of the guests
Each booking should be made with the number of guests. Unless otherwise agreed by Prague Holiday Apartment, only the number of persons indicated by you when booking shall be authorised to use the apartment. In the event that Prague Holiday Apartment or any of its agents discover any infringement of the aforementioned obligations, Prague Holiday Apartment, at its sole discretion, will be entitled to request the guests to leave the apartment and you shall have no right to claim any type of compensation whatsoever.
Cleaning
The apartment shall be cleaned prior to your arrival to the apartment. When leaving the apartment, you will be obliged to leave the apartment in a reasonable condition. Prague Holiday Apartment will be entitled to deduct any cleaning charges from the credit card used to secure the booking. You agree to authorise Prague Holiday Apartment to charge your credit card for cleaning charges.
Key handling
You will be given a set of four keys to the apartment upon your arrival and obliged to return the set of keys to us on your departure. You are liable for lost or unreturned set of keys to the apartment and subject of minimum of 2000 CZK charge for replacement. You agree to authorise Prague Holiday Apartment to charge your credit card any charges for an emergency locksmith should the guest(s) lock himself out or render the lock unusable by leaving the key in the lock inside the apartment as well as for any damages in the apartment caused by such incidents. You agree to be subject to minimum of 2000 CZK charge if you fail to return the set of keys.
Receipt of the cash payment
We will issue you a copy of receipt for full payment upon your arrival and ask you to sign two copies of the rental agreement where you agree to give your credit card details to the representative of Prague Holiday Apartment for the purpose of a guarantee and security deposit to cover possible damages. We agree to keep all your personal data safe and private;
1. Your personal information is not shared with third parties, except where a third party performs services on our behalf and has agreed to keep such information confidential. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes without your express consent.
2. We will retain your personal data only as long as is necessary for the purposes to which you consent under this Terms and Conditions, or as is required by applicable law.
3. Your personal data may be disclosed if we are compelled to do so by law, or receive a valid, legally compliant request by a law enforcement or governmental authority.
Behaviour
You will be liable for the correct and decent of all of the persons accompanying you at all times while occuppying the apartment and being considerate and courteous to all neighbors in the building. Should you, or any of the persons accompanying you not behave in a suitable and responsible way, Prague Holiday Apartment shall be entitled to request you and the persons accompanying you to leave the apartment without the right for the latter to claim any type of compensation whatsoever.
Limitation of Liabilities
Prague Holiday Apartment shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages that may arise as a consequence of the use by the guests of the apartment, including without limitation, damages, insurance, losses because of fires, robbery or criminal behaviour.
Any agreement signed between you and Prague Holiday Apartment pertains solely to the behaviour of the guests whilst in the property, and the authorisation of credit card charges.
You agree to authorise Prague Holiday Apartment to charge your credit card any charges for repairs on such damages.
